Give all your love to your own soul!

Dear friends, 

   I was playing around a bit with an easy meditation, where you put one hand on the heart, and another at the solar plexis, representing the soul seed.  You then make a figure 8 between them.   

   I did that for a bit, then decided to just make a circle between my heart and this “soul seed.” 

   In our Sunday meditations, we put our hands above our heads in prayer position, as high as they can go, and that location is called the soul star chakra.   We then drop our hands, focus there.   We give gratitude to our soul, then talk to it and ask for assistance with anything we wish. 

   So a natural evolution of this was for me to touch my heart, and give all the love in my heart to my soul.  I did this for a bit and felt a beautiful energy. 

   Then I got back to tv and the internet. 

   Nothing much on either, so I turned off the tv, and sat there, and gave all my love, again, to my soul.   This time, all thoughts stopped for a long time, and I felt the beautiful expansive feeling of Oneness.

I asked my soul to give me guidance during the day

Dear Light Friends, 

   I saw a suggestion in a channeling to ask our soul to give us guidance each day.  Although I talk to my soul, this never occurred
to me to do. 

   So for two or three days now, in the early morning, I am asking my soul to guide my day.

   The first day, I spent about 15 minutes outdoors on my front patio, prior to doing the Light Work Project at 8am.   I just looked around, took out a chair and sat and looked at my newly planted greenhouse, my flower bed, the stream and the prairie, the neighbor's bull and dogs and chickens, listened to the birds, etc. 

  I felt great peace, and a lovely sweetness that is our Oneness, or perhaps my soul being very close.   During the day, I felt this sweetness from time to time. 

   Plus I got overwhelming urges to lie down suddenly.  My eyes would get incredibly heavy and I'd lie down on the sofa and fall into a deep rest for about 5 minutes. 

   I even had to do this before heating up my dinner!  

   And today I am in slow motion, day 2 or 3 of this.  I'm not doing a thing I planned (lots of intense labor in my yard).  Instead I took a book out onto the patio and read, took 2 short deep rests so far, and am enjoying some of these moments of sweetness again. 

   I highly recommend this!!!

Dear Light Family,

Many people are unaware of the power of thoughtforms, either negative or
positive.

I spoke about this in yesterday, May 7th's, Light Work Process.

If we want more positive in our world, and less negative, this is something
important to know. That way we can transmute the negative and consciously
create the positive.

Esther Hicks spoke of this long ago, when it was the era of cassette tapes!
She had a neighbor who had a fire. And then she had lots of thoughts about the
neighbor starting fires, and when the neighbor did it again, she realized that
she had a lot of the responsibility!!!

If, for example, a stingy person has a spot of generosity, we can increase
the chance of generous acts by thinking consciously that the person has a
generous side, and it is sure to appear. Or we can increase the likelihood of
stinginess by thinking how stingy this person is.

On a global scale, our judgmental thoughts about the dark cabal increase
their power, and thoughts of love sent to them decrease it.
