Give all your love to your own soul!

Dear friends, 

   I was playing around a bit with an easy meditation, where you put one hand on the heart, and another at the solar plexis, representing the soul seed.  You then make a figure 8 between them.   

   I did that for a bit, then decided to just make a circle between my heart and this “soul seed.” 

   In our Sunday meditations, we put our hands above our heads in prayer position, as high as they can go, and that location is called the soul star chakra.   We then drop our hands, focus there.   We give gratitude to our soul, then talk to it and ask for assistance with anything we wish. 

   So a natural evolution of this was for me to touch my heart, and give all the love in my heart to my soul.  I did this for a bit and felt a beautiful energy. 

   Then I got back to tv and the internet. 

   Nothing much on either, so I turned off the tv, and sat there, and gave all my love, again, to my soul.   This time, all thoughts stopped for a long time, and I felt the beautiful expansive feeling of Oneness.
